Shipping and Handling

We will ship all orders made through this website www.acecaliber53.com within 5 business days of receiving payment. Most products will be shipped using USPS Standard 5 day shipping delivered in the continental US. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico might incur additional charges. If expedited shipping is desired, please add a comment to notify us of the same when placing the order and additional fees will apply. Some products may be subject to extra handling charges and the buyer will be informed of the same on placing the order. If we are unable to ship a product within 5 business days of payment receipt, the buyer will be notified and the original payment amount will be refunded if requested by the buyer.

Return Policy

All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping fees unless an incorrect or damaged item was received. The buyer is responsible to check all purchased items and report any damages or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery. All returns and exchanges must be approved in advance before the return is sent back. A 20% minimum restocking fee will be charged if the returned item appears to be 1) used by the buyer, 2) damaged by the buyer, or 3) missing original packaging or original parts. The actual restocking fee and the amount to be refunded will be determined and processed by the seller after receipt of the returned items depending on the condition of the returned item. Original shipping charges will be refunded only if an incorrect or damaged item was received by the buyer.

All products sold on this website may cause property damage, bodily injury or even death. Certain products sold on this website may cause cancer, birth defects or reproductive harm (WARNING: Cancer and Reproductive Harm – www.P65Warnings.ca.gov). It is the buyers responsibility to check the product manufacturer’s manuals and specifications prior to product use. The buyer will be responsible for any damages incurred from using products with inadequate training, or irresponsible use of the products we sell. The buyer is responsible for adhering to all instructions and warnings provided by the manufacturer, qualified personnel and/or official safety institutions.

The seller makes no warranty, representations or guarantees of any kind, express or implied for products sold by it to the buyer. Any sales, use, excise, ad-valorem, receipt or like taxes or any duties, import or custom taxes, or import surcharges which may now or hereafter be imposed by federal, state, local or any other governmental authority for the sale, export, import or use of products hereof shall be borne by the buyer. The buyer shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the seller and its employees, agents, successors, officers, and assigns, from any and all suits, losses, claims, demands, liabilities, costs and expenses which shall include attorney fees, accounting fees, expert fees, judicial interest and court costs, that the seller may sustain or incur arising from buyer’s use of products, including storage, handling and transportation.

Tax

All products sold and/or delivered in Georgia, US will incur a 6% sales tax.
